Because great skin is not a luxury, but a necessary investment ! ➡️Please read all policies thoroughly prior to scheduling your appointment. ⬅️ ⏺️ As there may be adverse reactions during the treatment session please adhere to the subsequent stated policies. ⏺️ 🆕 New Clients: Thank You for considering Alchemy Beauty & Aesthetics as you begin your new skincare journey. As we start this journey together we advise that you book either the “Signature Gleaux Facial” or “The Ultimate Gleaux Up”. During these sessions a thorough consultation and skin analysis will be conducted, and you will leave the treatment session with an appropriate skincare regimen curated specifically for you. * In an effort to be better prepared for your treatment session completion of all necessary forms and waivers is mandatory. ➡️ 📆 Before Your Appointment: Please refrain from using any prescription topical skincare at least 5-7 days prior to your appointment. Avoid shaving, waxing, threading, laser hair removal, electrolysis, dermaplaning, or getting a haircut/line up (shape up) at least 48 hours prior to your facial appointment. Please refrain from using exfoliants (chemical or physical) to your face at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please refrain from using retinol or any vitamin A derivative (tretinoin, retin-A, etc.) at least 5 days before your appointment. ⏺️ Late Policy: All clients are required to be on time for their scheduled appointment. In an effort to provide you with the best service possible, there is a 10 minute grace period and unfortunately there after your appointment will be canceled; in which the SAME DAY CANCELLATION charge will subsequently go into effect. Although there isn’t a parking lot available on the premises, street parking is available and planning accordingly is highly suggested. If you are traveling by public transportation please also take this into account and plan accordingly as well. ⏺️ At this time there are no accommodations available for any additional guests during appointments. Unfortunately we also can not accommodate any children or pets. If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to your appointment please convey that message as soon as possible either via a phone call, an email, or text message. All measures will be taken to accommodate you at another time. ⏺️ 📆 Appointment confirmations will be sent and it is imperative that you confirm your attendance in order for your appointment not to be cancelled . In the event your appointment is cancelled your deposit will be refunded to you. ⏺️ Payments: All deposits are required for scheduling and will be paid through the booking site. All remaining balances will be paid via Zelle, Venmo, Credit or Debit Cards with the appropriate NYS tax applied.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that a 50% CANCELLATION FEE of the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file for any cancellations done after 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. SAME DAY RESCHEDULED appointments will be treated the same as a SAME DAY CANCELED appointment. Rescheduled appointments are permissible up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, thereafter the aforementioned cancellation fee will take effect. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and will go towards the cost of service. All SERVICES rendered are also NON REFUNDABLE. As life remains unpredictable a ONE TIME RESCHEDULE will be available and there is a 30 DAY timeframe in which the appointment can be rescheduled for without a new deposit being needed. A 50% NO SHOW FEE of the remaining balance will be charged if a client fails to show up for the scheduled appointment. Client will also be BANNED from making any future appointments if the remaining balance isn’t paid in full prior to a new appointment being scheduled.
